Constitutional Principles and America's Independent Spirit

Thank God we are finding our way again. It's been a long, long haul but America is beginning to embrace Constitutional principles once again. These are the same principles that gave birth to America and created the SPIRIT of Independence within us. That independent spirit of an American is what will save our nation.

Educating Our Courts - A Jury of Peers

What are Constitutional principles? You could study the Constitution with me (contact us@annayeisley.com and ask for details) for 12 weeks and we could study the Constitution together. You will, after these lessons, be able to stand in any Court and support yourself or someone else, defending yourself and others upon Constitutional principles. I'm not saying you'll win the case, judges have a way of being vicious in defense of their law school education, but educating the court system is going to have to come from us, the educated citizens. They're not getting any good teaching in law school, obviously.
Our peer jury system is another check on our judicial system that is not often spoken about. The jury creates law just as much as judges. At least in an uncorrupted courtroom. The jury of peers can decide laws unconstitutional. You can help juries see the judgment against you that way, if you do. No one should be losing their property. The courts and the government should be protecting your property; not allowing it to be given away.
We must demand a jury in all our court cases. Don't take money or deals. Have a jury try your case. Demand a jury and the opportunity to overturn laws. It is a constitutional right to be tried before a jury of peers should you break any one of the thousands of laws made against by our own 'government'.
It's interesting that God gave 10 commandments. Jesus gave 2 commandments. The Founders summed up individual liberty with 10 amendments and the Constitution establishes fair and limited government in 14 pages.
But our 'government' has 400 pages of IRS regulations all written to terrorize and trap the American citizen into giving everything he has away to 'government'. Our government has just passed a 2000 page health care bill. And our ambassadors are agreeing to 20,000 pages of international trade agreements.
Be assured. When there is a consensus on godly principles, the laws are light and minimal and created to guide; not imprison. Where there is no consensus on godly principles, laws are made to benefit the few and steal from the rest. If laws are not being created to protect you, they are being written to abuse you, control you and steal from you. This is the nature of government.

Reread these documents. Again. These are the tenets of a free republic.
The Constitution's only job is to restrict government and define individual liberty. We must defend it so it can protect us.
Your education will be complete if you read these documents with understanding; particularly after a prayer of thanks that you have been blessed with an invitation to the evolved thought of the American Spirit. This spirit needs to be awakened in every American. Only those who have seen the vision of a nation that is self governed, a nation that sports a free enterprise economy and gets a glimpse of the joy and prosperty that is the result of a healthy free republic, will know what I mean.
Once you see the future as God intended it to be; you can't go back to elitist rule. You just can't.
Elitist rule could never be the choice of government for Americans. Never.
