CORPORATE PLUNDER -
Corporatism at its Best

There is no free enterprise as long as corporations dominate our economy and as long as corporate law ignores individual responsibility.  When no individual bears the responsibility of the decisions of a group, that group entity loses its soul.  You need an individual to express the intent of the soul for it is through individuals that God’s spirit moves.

Corporate laws are not amendable or answerable to moral law, but individuals innately are.  What is mistakenly thought of as a free market (corporate America monopolizing our economy) is in actuality corporate plunder.  Corporate plunder is the result of a lack of individual responsibility.

Money is in good hands as long as it remains in the hands of individuals.  Individuals, being a creation of God, have a soul.  A soul is what is pricked by conscience and spoken to by the Holy Spirit.

Corporate law lures that money out of the hands of individuals and puts our money into the hands of a ‘group of people’ none of these people bearing personal responsibility for the decisions they will be making on behalf of the Corporation.

When there’s no individual responsibility – there’s less chance that God’s will, will be done.  Without individual responsibility, corporations can bear no soul.  I’m not demonizing them, just stating the logistics of a soul.  Individuals bear a soul because of their God-granted freedom of choice.  God grants us a soul so we can choose wisely and it is our soul the impresses upon us the moral consequences of our decisions.

Corporate law removes individual responsibility from the decisions and actions of the corporation.  When no individual takes responsibility, the will of God is not represented.  That’s why ‘groups’ can do so much evil.  Those that make up the group tend to bear no INDIVIDUAL responsibility blaming the ‘group’ for the group’s actions and intents (kind of like our legislature and corporations). Big powerful government is detrimental to a free republic because of the same ‘group mentality’.  The group or corporate mentality is just as dangerous in governments as it is in the marketplace.

Individual responsibility is the key and groups tend to bear none.  This is where our courts and political system have let us down because they have been trained never to watch over or regulate ‘corporations’ for fear of damaging the ‘free market’.  There is nothing free about monopoly, deceit and tax advantage.  Our courts and legislature should be standing guard protecting our individual right to prosper, instead, corporate monopoly controls every local community.  Ride down the main street of your local community and try to find locally owned small businesses.

Our courts and legislature need to being jealously guarding the tenets of the free enterprise system because we are losing our heart and soul as the corporations gain more and more of our political and monetary power.  They will destroy our country if our judicial system and legislature don’t return us to the individual protections guaranteed under the Constitution.  If our legislators and judges don’t return us to the tenets of our constitutional free enterprise vision, we organize and impeach those representatives and elect representatives that will guarantee our individual rights.

My wise friend ended our discourse by saying,  “Only individuals have souls and when the love of money which is greed takes the place of the will of God, all manner of evil can be and will be done.  Satan consumes the emptiness of those who have lost their soul and Satan LOVES groups because of the lack of individual responsibility.”

Corporations and corporate laws oppose the success of free enterprise economics because the market must be dictated by individual responsibility in order for free enterprise to work.

Responsibility to Individually Owned Small Businesses

Free enterprise is a system of economics where the government supports individual prosperity (opposed to supporting only corporate prosperity).  Free enterprise means that government understands the importance of supporting small business and while government stays clear of the market so that free enterprise can work, supports economic policies that support small business and avoid policies that negatively affect small business.  Some examples of how government can encourage a free enterprise system are as follows:

1)            Do not allow corporate monopoly.  Regulate where large corporations buy their goods – if a corporation can buy cheap goods in low income countries, they are putting American businesses out of business in several ways; putting American industry out of business and also due to lower prices puts competing small businesses out of business.

2)            Putting large multinational corporations like Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot in local communities puts HUNDREDS of small locally owned businesses, out-of-business.  Multinational corporations that buy outsourced products monopolize the market.  Monopoly is often called the free market, but this is not the free enterprise market our Constitution guarantees.  While the Corporatists scream ‘FREE MARKET’ at what is obvious and destructive monopoly, small businesses SCREAM louder, “UNFAIR ADVANTAGE and MONOPOLY”

3)            On top of the advantage of buying from exploited low income nations, corporate lobbyists have convinced our lawmakers to offer tax credits and government subsidies to large corporations, further aiding their ability to lower price and monopolize this country’s small businesses.

Why Corporate Law is the Enemy of Free Enterprise

The heart and soul of successful free enterprise is a work ethic that is motivated by God’s spirit working through the individual.  The love of money taking priority over defending individual rights, although a possibility is less of a probability for the free enterprise entrepreneur.

Corporations on the other hand, are given the same rights as individuals – first mistake and the beginning of the unlawful powers given to a corporate entity.  Why should a non citizen and non individual enjoy the same rights as an individual?  Corporate law protects those individuals who own the corporation from liability and corresponding prosecution for wrong doing.  So you have this entity that is granted the same rights as an ‘individual’ that is devoid of soul or conscience because this entity is not human and is not led by innate natural law as are human beings.

Killing the competition is hardly the motive in doing business for a free enterprise entrepreneur.  Corporate capitalism is solely focused upon making as much money and claiming as much of the market as possible.  Money for the corporate capitalist is a means to control and dominate others and gain political power and advantage.

For those who believe that a love of money is true to the spirit of free enterprise capitalism, you have been looking at only corporate capitalism.  Free enterprise capitalism is based upon an individual's innate desire to please God and serve others.  It’s not a law or dogma to serve others; it’s the spiritual energy that moves through those who whose work honors and reflects God’s spirit.  For the free enterprise capitalist, prosperity is the natural result of the trust and quality of the fruits of his labor.  Quality and integrity is what the  free enterprise entrepreneur brings to the market.  Being prosperous is the natural result, not the ‘soul’ focus or ‘sole focus’ for the free enterprise business owner.

Our national heritage of protecting the freedom for every individual to worship God and express God’s will through us, not only gave us our national moral virtue, it also assured the success of the free enterprise economic system.  We’ve lost something precious in the corporate plunder of our economy.  Our nation’s lost its soul and our national sense of responsibility for our actions.
