MY LETTER TO SENATOR WARNER AUGUST 29, 2010

Dear Senator Warner,

I’m a hard working small business owner, I provide excellent service for my community, I provide income for many families including my own and I pay more taxes than I had ever imagined was possible for a small business that is barely surviving this economic downturn.  I have worked for months without a salary, and on top of all this, I drive more miles in a day than most DC commuters. 

Due to not enough time and too many miles I have been ticketed more times than anyone I know for failure to read road signs.  My driving record might indicate otherwise, but I am a good driver.  I’ve never been in an accident, never drink and drive, I have never been charged with reckless driving – and have never endangered the life or limb of any other person. 

My traffic violations have been primarily due to ever changing road patterns that occur daily here in Spotsylvania and surrounding counties.  I’ve lived here for over 2 decades and speed signs are appearing where there were none before – so I keep getting caught driving too fast when a year ago, I would have been driving too slow.

Due to my failure to obey road signs (I know a great, unforgiveable crime) I had to deal with not only county government but state government in the form of the DMV.  DMV cost me immeasurable loss to my small business.  I spent 12 hours in half a week, last week, waiting to be heard at the “DMV”.  My ordeal made it clear to me that the DMV would never survive as a real business.  It is too slow, too inefficient and its left hand doesn’t know what its right hand is doing. 

The DMV is at the mercy of too much intrusive and unsympathetic regulation towards its citizens by both county and state.  The DMV is running around in circles trying to comply – covering up the system’s inefficiency with a self righteous smirk at the schmuck of a citizen on the other side of the counter.  But I’m no schmuck.  I’m a hard working, tax-paying citizen that is barely surviving the worst recession since the Depression. 

It has caused me to ask, “Is my tax money being used to protect me or harm me?  Is legislation and regulation written to protect me and my property or is the primary reason for regulation to more money for the state?

How do (county, state and federal) governments justify taxing my small business over 55% of my company’s income when God only requires 10% and He provides to us EVERYTHING????

Last year I had $4000 in back personal and business property taxes - unable to pay due to this recession.  County treasury department froze my business checking account for 3 months and now DMV refuses to allow me to renew 2 of my business vehicles due to owing TOO high personal and business property taxes.  Hello!  Will our government wake up!  I was paying taxes happily when there was income!  Do you feel our county, state and federal governments are encouraging us to succeed????  OR are they causing our demise?  I believe the latter.

The intrusive and life impacting legislation and regulations are creating criminals out of us and we not only, don’t deserve this, we should not tolerate it.  Too high taxes, obscene interest, penalties and late fees and burdensome regulations are forcing small businesses out of business.  The enemy to economic success are too high taxes -and legislation designed to put money in the pocket of the State; not the citizen. 

The proper role of government is to provide for the financial security of its citizens and small businesses.  How does overtaxing its citizens benefit our nation?  Our local, state and federal governments are TOO big.  It needs to lay itself off.  Instead it keeps grabbing more and more from those of us who have managed to stay working.  Does that make sense to you???

Senator Warner, if you truly want to help families and small businesses to survive this unrelenting recession, protect us from bearing the unbearable taxation burden that is being created by obscene penalties and interest that make it impossible to pay off taxes.  Refuse more and more social programs until our government can figure out how to increase production and job growth.  Get the government off the backs of small businesses upon which a healthy economy depends.

Unlike most human beings, I am proud of us.  I am proud of my friends, my family, my community and my county and state legislatures; our churches, our sheriff departments and county administrators.  Good job!

Everyone's doing a great job getting through this recession.  Let’s stand up and SHOUT "Hooray" or "ALLELUIA" whatever term of exuberance fills your soul.

We should sue the Federal Reserve.  It is a privately owned banking cartel that has been managing the nation’s money for over 100 years with no oversight and no transparency.   

Allowing banks to borrow money from the US treasury (which is empty) in order to lend money to private business and individuals has created a system where banks are creating money out of thin air  These banks, that never came up with the actual money to loan, loan this money stolen from the pockets of our unborn, and lend that money at interest to unsuspecting citizens and private businesses.  Banks are making obscene profit by providing and creating NOTHING but burdensome national debt.   

It’s a GREAT scheme for banks and investors in the Federal Reserve System, but for American individuals and businesses, the Federal Reserve System creates a pool of national debt unpayable in several generations.  We  not only pay double for every loan managed by the Federal Reserve, (coming up with the funds for loans then paying back that amount with interest on top of it), we suffer the consequences of money that is printed without restriction which lowers the value of our dollar creating higher and higher prices.  

The Federal Reserve System is a scam privy only to those who benefit from it.  This deceptive thievery and has managed to bankrupt our economy for the next several generations.  The Federal Reserve System and the banking cartels they represent, are using their monetary system of debt to bankrupt not only citizens, private business but ENTIRE NATIONS. 

We should also sue the Supreme Court for not forcing oversight of this massive national economic deception and not prosecuting the thievery of the Federal Reserve System (while we’re at it).

My letter to Senator Webb, Senator Warner, Congressmen Wittman and Cantor dated August 2^nd, 2010 in response to news of an upcoming tax hike that will affect every citzien and small business:

Dear Elected Official,

I am an owner of a small business.  I feel my ability to succeed, as well as my income, is being stolen from me through the federal income taxation system. 

Federal and state unemployment taxes have quadrupled this year at a time when income has been drastically reduced.  Last month I paid more in unemployment taxes than I made over expenses. 

We are being robbed.  Our nation is being systematically drained of wealth and the ability to prosper.  Unfair and burdensome taxation is only a small tip of the iceberg.  The monetary system created by the Federal Reserve has served to make obscene amounts of money for the banks and the central banking system while it robs every citizen of the ability to own property and to save money. 

Debt is a trap and this country is so deep in this trap that only the most courageous elected officials and those willing to risk their life honor and possessions for their country will be able to save our nation from certain economic collapse.  Our present day monetary system only benefits those at the top.  We must take control over our monetary system and ensure that it puts money in the pockets of America – not international banks and investors. 

We must return to a minimal and fair taxation system where the only money that is taxed is the money made OVER expenses.  Too many Americans are paying tax before they can pay for food, housing or fuel.  I no longer own a home and can no longer afford to buy one.  I no longer make the income to purchase a car. Yet I am collecting thousands of dollars of federal and state taxes while I am without a salary.  This is slavery.

If it gets any worse for other small businesses like mine, our nation will be sold to the highest bidder at our peril and misfortune. 

Give America a chance.  Let us keep our money.  Stop allowing too big central government to rob us.  FORCE government to come up with ways to pay for its CRAZY out of control spending other than robbing American citizens and businesses of every last dime.

I, as an American citizen am telling you, you can't take any more of my money.  You must leave me the ability to own property, to keep the fruit of my labor, to save, to prosper and to pursue happiness. 

Taxing us will not ever be enough for this present federal government.  They need to figure out how to produce and support production and STOP STEALING for a living.  We must stop their thievery of every American citizen and business. 

Please stand up to your calling as a public servant and serve the public that is so severely suffering right now.  STOP THE TAXATION.  STOP THE SPENDING.  PRODUCE!  CREATE INCOME!  Stop robbing Americans.

There is always a threat of tyranny when your government is not ruled by citizen will. 

A tyrannical government will consciously or unconsciously attempt to frighten you into compliance.  Because “All [that] tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.”
(Thomas Jefferson).  Keeping the populace silent is a great intent for the tyrannical ruling elite.

Outside of America you can silence the populace through force – violence is a way of life for most nations and the people have already been terrorized throughout their ancestors’ history and their own known history.  So they are born cowering under cowering parents, more or less.

With Americans, the land of the free and the brave, our history and national conscience only knows victory of standing strong against tyranny.  We praise the man or woman of principle and know that the most principled are seldom a voice of the majority.  The lives of our forefathers and their willingness to stand and confront tyranny will always be the ancestors that our children emulate (as long as history is taught by those who love early American history). 

Many are trying to paint our early patriots as ‘racist, upper classed ‘pigs’ but if you follow the history of the patriots, particularly those who signed the Declaration of Independence - what identified them was NOT riches or power but EDUCATION.  They were schooled in law, the scriptures and much literature.

With these forefather quotes, do you notice no one needs any explanation of what James Madison meant, or George Washington (a very brave military man) meant to say?  You don't need a professor or rocket scientist to tell you what these men believed and meant.  It's obvious how the founders saw war.  The same way as true Christians.  Only in self defense.  And only when declared by Congress and your human spirit.

Senator Warner, 

I received your letter today and deem it necessary to loudly protest the direction that our country is moving under your ‘leadership’.  This financial reform legislation and those who have masterminded and written it, are moving America away from free enterprise and citizen government and moving us towards oppressive controlling central government determined to limit expansion and control the growth of private business while putting more power and money in the hands of the financial elites of the banking and investment industries.   

I am the first to protest the dishonesty and lack of scruples of the Wall Street powers that be.  I am not protesting the need for financial reform; I am protesting replacing judicial prosecution and criminalization of wrongdoing, with legislation that is written to promote the globalization of our domestic economy – taking more power and money out of the hands of private enterprise and putting that money into the conglomerate hands of the banking and investment conglomerate headed by the Federal Reserve.  

You say, “They [those who impose this new financial reform legislation] will have the ability to impose tough new capital and leverage requirements that actually make it undesirable for any financial firm to get too big.” 

What delegated power has been granted to government to keep any business from ‘getting too big’???

This legislation posing as financial reform is simply legislation giving those already with too much power in regards to our economy, with more power and even LESS accountability!

You say, “The bill creates an independent consumer watchdog at the Federal Reserve, with the authority to ensure that consumers get the information they need to shop for mortgages, credit cards, and other financial products.” 

Are you kidding us?  The Federal Reserve enjoys NO accountability to Congress, or the Senate, nor is the Federal Reserve accountable in any way to the American people.  If they were accountable, we'd be able to fire them for destroying our economy and selling us out to the foreign banking and investment entities.  No one working for the Federal Reserve has been voted into office.  No one at the Federal Reserve has taken any oath to protect our constitutional values or government.  No one at the Federal Reserve works for the American people!  The Federal Reserve works for the banking and investment conglomerates that they represent.   

Allowing the Federal Reserve to be involved in any financial reform is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!  The Federal Reserve is a private banking conglomerate representing the very same banking and investment interests that have gotten America’s economy into the mess it’s in right now.  The Federal Reserve makes a mess out of our economy and they’re the ones you choose to fix the problem??? 

Senator Warner, in my opinion, you are proving to be a spokesperson representing the voice and will of the financial elites.  If you were representing the American people, you would be behind criminalizing and prosecuting those who have robbed and lied to American citizens and citizen investors.  Instead, you back legislation designed to take power and money from one entity and put it in the hands of another, namely the Federal Reserve?   

If we prosecute those who lie to and steal from the American people, we wouldn’t need more legislation and more government expansion and control over our economic system. 

If you don’t get behind criminalizing wrongdoing – no amount of regulation nor legislation can do that work.  If you don’t put the ‘evildoers’ behind bars, what deterrent do you think legislation is going to provide?   

We don’t need more legislation!  We need our judicial system to begin working for the American people and STOP working for the banking and investment powers that be.  We need the judicial system to protect the American people from deception and theft and protect American citizens from losing their income and savings to banks and investors, by enforcing the laws already existing that deem it illegal for any business or governmental agency to LIE to or STEAL from the American people. 

We must restore the integrity of our judicial system, encouraging the prosecution and criminalization of those entities that make profit and ‘sport’ out of deceiving Americans. 

This financial reform legislation that you have backed moves us closer to a loss of citizen control over their government and much closer to a too strong, too controlling and too centralized federal government.  Through legislation such as the ‘financial reform legislation’ – written by the very same entities that have manipulated and destroyed our national economy - our government is becoming nothing more than a tool in the hands of Wall Street, the Federal Reserve and the banking and investment conglomerates that it represents.   

I am appalled and becoming very alarmed along with hundreds of millions of other Americans (who our Senators, our Courts and the Executive Office are FAILING miserably to represent or to protect).  Listen to the PEOPLE; not the financial elites that rule and dominate our political system.  In the end YOU will be accountable to how well you represented the VOICE and WILL of the constituents you purport to represent.  How do YOU think you're doing?

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget.  The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress.  In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority.  They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing.  I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash.  The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault.  They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall.  No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.....  The president can only propose a budget.  He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes.  Who is the speaker of the House?  Nancy Pelosi.  She is the leader of the majority party.  She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want.  If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems  inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can  not  replace 545 People who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility.   

I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people.  When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red .

If the Army  & Marines are in IRAQ,  it's  because they want them in  IRAQ  

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.  Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees...

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Consider the movement to repeal both the 14th and 16th amendments.  The 14th amendment gives the federal government the authority to legislate to the States what is and what is not religious freedom.  There was NO federal income tax until the 16th amendment.

I would like to drop a copy of the Declaration of Independence, the Ten Commandments, the Bill of Rights into every country on Earth translated in their own language.  Stop the killing.  Start the education of hearts and minds and see what global PEACE really looks like without violence, injustice, deception and horror.

To restore our free republic, we must return our Constitution to its organic form and intent.  Today the power of our government lies in the hands of the two party political system; not with the people or its Constitution. 

Senate
It was the original Constitutional intent that our Senators were chosen by each State Legislatures.  Today, Senators are chosen by the political party system. 

Vice President
It was the organic Constitutional intent that Vice Presidents were to be chosen by the People.  The position of the Vice President is the most powerful position in the United States government - being President of the Senate, the Vice President decides which bills will be seen in the Senate.  Yet the Vice President is not chosen by the People but the political party system.

The United States is Now a Corporation
The most significant change was changing the wording and intent of the Constituiton changing the meaning of the United States of America from a citizen constitution to a Corporate charter.  The United States of America is now a corporation.

Repeal of the 14th Amendment
The language and intent of the constitution was dramatically changed by 14th amendments.  Up until these amendments, it was not up to the Supreme Court to remove the Ten Commandments from our schools, our courts or our governmental proceedings.  God's moral law, known as the Ten Commandments has been the basis of Western law for centuries.  To remove this important moral document from our government is in intent and practicality a prohibition of the practicing of the Judeo-Christian religion in America.

Repeal of the 16th Amendment
Until the passing (it is presently being disputed as to whether the 16th amendment was ratified by 3/4 of the states) of the 16th Amendment, the United States government did NOT collect a federal income tax.  The federal income tax was instituted at the same time as the Federal Reserve.  Until this time, there was NO federal income tax.

We can make changes within our state legislatures to begin the repeal process for these amendments; establishing the organic constitution and its original intent to the People of the United States of America.  Don't confuse the People of the United States with the THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION.  They are hoping we will and of course we have.

VOTE THIRD PARTY – we can remove all members of Congress this year. SOME MAY SAY:   “No!  If we vote 3^rd Party the Democrats will win.”  “No!  If we vote 3^rd Party the Republicans will win.”  The truth is the globalists win either way. 

Every incumbent has been indoctrinated by the unAmerican and anti-Christian dogma that teaches that the sovereignty of the individual and the sovereignty of the States no longer apply and the only true power in America is the federal government. 

The established political party belief system denounces Christianity, faith in God, the Constitution and the vision of the Founders.  Every incumbent has been indoctrinated by his or her political party to ignore the voice and will of the American people, even sacrificing the health and prosperity of American citizens in order to 'be players' in the so-called "new world order" and reap the financial reward and promises of power when our nation falls.

Real citizens who want to see a return to citizen self government don’t make it into the system!  A Congress dominated by real American citizens can make quick and important changes.  Once we control Congress we only have 100 senators and a dozen or less judges left in power.  Congress has the power to impeach and with this power, many quick and important changes will be made in our judicial system and in our Senate. 

We need the media and the press to be on our side here.  We must spread the word to VOTE THIRD PARTY and I pray that the media will redeem itself and take up its responsibility to alert Americans of danger and wrongdoing in our corporatist governmental political system.  I understand that our country has been overtaken by gangster like governance where journalists, politicians, public servants and citizens are threatened and sometimes eliminated (for the good of the State).  This is scary stuff.  But if don’t stare with courage and faith into the eyes of those who have tyrannical control over us, our children will be born into a nation unrecognizable as an American nation. 

The Republican and Democratic Parties have sold out to the GLOBALISTS and are the tools being used to take down this country.  There is none powerful enough (save God) to save our nation from losing our heritage, our history, our economic power, our spirituality or our very American soul without throwing out the corrupted two party political system!  And God will not support any government that violates His Ten Commandments and the moral law our country is based upon – truth, justice and honor.

Our two party political system has turned against God and turned away from its responsibility of protecting the health and security of our people. 

If we, the People continue to support the present two party (actually ONE party) political system, God cannot protect us.  God is the Creator of all things GOOD; He will, He has and He must turn His back on evil.  His back is turned from our two party political system and he faces us, the People of America.  He is asking us, “Will we continue to support deception, immorality, corruption of the two party political system, or will we put our trust in Him; oust the evil doers and replace the Godless with those committed to saving this nation?

VOTE THIRD PARTY IN 2010

There's only 545 people who create and pass laws in country.  435 Representatives; 100 Senators and 10 Supreme Court justices.  300 million people against 545 people (cowards and morons at that) is easy, we just have to stop voting Republican or Democrat.

By voting 3rd Party this year, we will gain control of our Congress and with the power to impeach; Senators and judges, the mainstream media and all secret controlling powers will clean up their act so quickly, we won't even recognize this place!

WE CAN REMOVE ALL CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES THIS YEAR!!  (THEN WE’RE DOWN TO ONLY 110 TRAITORS)

The Republicans and the Democrats are both in on the SCAM to destroy America.  VOTE THIRD PARTY.  Democrat voters see what we see.  They see that the Democratic Party is simply a tool of the CFR and Wall Street.  This message is infiltrating through the Democratic voting ciricles too.

I wrote this in response to an opinion that Islam is a bunch of pedophiles and rapists:

I reject the malicious denouncing of the entire Islam religion as pedophiles and rapists, etc.  It reeks of the lingo spouted by those who profit from the ongoing and never ending wars in the Middle East. 

Those who profit from ongoing and never ending wars are more of a threat to our nation’s security (threatening both our economic strength, our national virtue and our global standing in the world) than any rumor suggesting an entire religion are a bunch of pedophiles and rapists. 

There are many backward cultures in the world, cultures that continue to beat and subjugate both women and children and those they judge inferior.  Education and setting an example by our own behavior is the tool to change and enlighten people; not hate and not war.

Our American military is not to be used to carry out hateful warmongering but to PROTECT America’s prosperity and values.  The ongoing never ending wars (and in the case of Iraq, unprovoked and undeclared wars) against the Middle East are destroying both our security and our economy.

Hateful warmongering is a dishonor to Americans whose values teach us to support the equality and value of ALL men and women, regardless of religion or culture.  Disgustingly there are instances of pedophile tolerance and sexual abuse in most cultures / including our own.  As Jesus said, remove the beam from your own eye before ripping someone else’s eye out.  (doubt He put it like that, forgive the paraphrase.)  [Matthew 7:5 You hypocrite, first take the mote out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.]

There’s been one thing that has kept the natural food and natural health movement from becoming a national global and economic force.  It’s the natural health industry rejection of ‘capitalism’ and a fear of making money.  If you're a naturalist, it is expected that you 'hate' mixing business and natural law, so to speak.

The love of money is beginning of all evil; so its true.  But making money for the benefit of God, your people and your nation is where economy begins and FLORISHES.

We’re in the midst of a wave my friends.  It will be mind blowing what we will accomplish in the next few decades.  Let’s take it one day at a time because a day is as long as you want to make it. 

There are many wonderful role models for American children - that our American children will never see. 

Mainstream doesn't like men or women of honor or those who dare to speak their truth.  Mainstream loves the actors, the pretenders and the liars.  We have a political system chock a block full of them.

I personally, like the ones with fire in their blood and belly, refusing allegiance to evil or wrongdoing.  Men of honor who tell the truth as they see it and will die defending truth and justice. 

Although our military industrial complex which includes our government, Wall Street, our monetary banking system and war profiteering corporations; would happily paint these brave men as traitors and 'dangerous' to America, these two men are the epitome of what America needs more of.  Men of honor who will defend what's right at the peril of their own lives.

Jesus is asking us to prepare for Him so He can Reign Here on Earth.  Do I know when that's going to be?  Tomorrow?  2012?  3 generations from now?  Do I really believe or am I simply desperate for a fairy tale? 

All I know is I’m not handing this world over to my children like this.  I will change it or die trying.  All of a sudden that is my focus and I believe if we as collective individuals focus on preparing our nation to receive Jesus, then all the evil in the world will fall away. 

Call me crazy.  I won’t be the first or the last to be called crazy.   But believe me, it's the world that's crazy and it’s so crazy, I don’t really care how crazy I sound.  If this is reality, where the People don’t govern their own country, where the courts are lying and allowing injustice to rule, if the courts are not here to protect us or the media is here to inform us, educate us and be our watchdogs –Yes, I’m out of here.  Way out of here.  You can stay inside the box and boil if you choose to.  I’m fighting for my life as a free and self governing American.    

Freedom is the energy, the atmosphere, the environment where God’s spirit dwells.  You don’t have to believe in Him but you’ll be very glad of His presence.  Abundance.  Light.  Love.  Forgiveness.  Peace.  Sweet, glorious peace.

Clarence Thomas, Condolessa Rice, Colin Powell, Barrack Obama are representatives of black Americans chosen by the two main political parties, but are they representative of all African Americans?  

Is the fact that there are fewer black Americans running for the Senate an indication that less African Americans than ever are being chosen by the power elites that dominate the two main political parties?  Do less blacks in elected office reflect how Obama-style rhetoric is effective in bringing in the votes, but is ineffective in ensuring equality between the races? 

I know I have to be careful here not to generalize when speaking of black and white America, but black Americans, like white Americans, have strong Protestant Christian roots.  Many African Americans are deciding in favor of constitutional government, many claiming the promises in not only the Bible but embracing the vision of the Declaration of Independence. 

Both black and white Americans were moved by the vision of Martin Luther King.  Blacks and whites and all races living in harmony and in peace with one another as equal citizens. 

Once you claim the promise of not only all men and women are created equal, but also, that our Creator endowed us with inalienable rights to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness, it’s kind of hard to believe that God would have us become dependent upon a government that is denouncing Protestant Christianity and allowing the degradation of a free market economy. 

Both black and white America must condemn a governmental system that is enslaving all Americans by robbing us of our money and our rights. 

Both white and black Christian Americans have been looking forward to a time when God's will, will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven and a time when Jesus returns.  The promise and hope of eternal redemption from evil is what keeps the human race evolving and striving for truth.

I’ve heard it said in Christian circles that Martin Luther King, Jr. was a communist, but this is untrue.  Martin Luther King was a Christian and saw how important faith in God was to freedom.

Our united American hope is to be a country where God’s Spirit of Truth dwells, blessing the white man and black man and men and women of all colors, all races, from all backgrounds and religions equally as each individual determines what is right for him or her.  Our united hope is for our government to protect the inalienable right to life, liberty, truth, freedom, property and the pursuit of happiness for all.

We will not retain our self governing republic if we continue to relinquish our rights, our privacy, our money and our hope to an overpowering controlling government that is being ruled by secret ruling class of bankers, investors, corporate heads and war profiteers focused upon profit not human need or security. 

This 'secret' ruling class has forced our politial system to usurp the proper role of government - originally a servant of the American people.  Those that pull the strings of government have placed itself on top of us as rulers.

Blacks, whites, males, females and all those of color and those gender identification foggy / please let’s come together on the tenets of liberty and equality that created the greatest nation on Earth.  Equality.  Freedom.  Justice.  Truth.  Prosperity.  Free Speech.  Free Press.  Transparency.  We have freedom and liberty still within our grasp, our job is to grab hold and don’t let go.

Law is Force VS the Law of the Universe which is Love 

Government is to use law to enforce the protection of citizens’ rights, liberty and property.  That force is rightful only if it protects a citizens’ right to life, liberty and property and the pursuit of happiness.  Laws made to protect and defend the citizens’ right to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness are a right use of force.   

The enforcement of God’s laws, on the other hand, is accomplished through the Holy Spirit.  Government is to provide the environment where man can honor God’s laws.  We can’t honor God’s law which says, thou shall not kill, if we have to protect our land or our nation with our lives.   

Self Preservation 

Our human nature overpowers our spiritual nature when self preservation is at stake.  If a government puts a citizen on red alert, that citizen will be compelled to protect himself and his family which means living in a war zone.  (Fascist and totalitarian governments love their citizens living in a war zone).   

Under pressing circumstances, human beings can be battle ready, but it is not the atmosphere that the children of God flourish best.   

Proper Role of Government 

This is what governments are for.  To keep the environment around the citizen peaceful, stress free, abundant and stimulating so that the Holy Spirit can dwell amongst its creation. 

God’s laws don’t require force; they require the human spirit to be in alignment with God.  A human spirit connected and united with the Creative Spirit that created the heavens and earth in 7 days is pretty powerful and in agreement with the 10 Commandments and the life and words of Jesus.   

Power through Faith 

Talk about power.  Unless the God of your life created the heavens and the Earth, I’d take a step back from making another person, ideology, group or nation YOUR GOD.  Our Creator God is part of our makeup and within us, and grants you power to withstand tyranny and oppression.  How is it so magical?  Whoops, I mean miraculous?   

Does Creator of the Heavens and the Earth mean anything to you?  That’s pretty powerful.   

We’ve allowed our Courts and our public education system to rob us of our spiritual sovereignty that should be taught to every American child.  By removing the 10 commandments and the word and concept of God from our lips, in school, in court and in governmental proceedings; we’ve giving our power away.   

World events scare us we give government more power.  More world events scare us more; we give them even more power.  Before we know it, we've lost our freedom of speech, or right to Free Press, our right to trial and a jury, we lose our ability to accumulate or create wealth or defend ourselves!   

Our power is our faith in God and there was a time, in our prosperous, peaceful and joyful past, that every American knew this.  Reclaiming our nation will require reclaiming our faith in God.

 We’ve been indoctrinated through our public education system for several generations to believe the opposite; but the true nature of Government is to dominate, control and accumulate money that it can't make itself.

This may sound skeptical and distrustful and just SO wrong; but our forefathers KNEW these truths about government.  That’s why they chose to limit it.

Here's what the framers believed about government:

 I don't believe that government is to use force to enforce God’s laws.  God's laws are naturally respected by the Child of God.  The job of government is to create the environment where the Child of God best flourishes. 

Government is a man-made body, its power and authority given to it by the individual by the authority of his inalienable right and duty to self govern.   

Under godly constitutional government, the government has limited power but performs very important duties.  Government is instituted to protect the life, liberty and property of God’s children.  It is God’s will that all Earth inhabitants are born into an environment of freedom, abundance and prosperity.  And they can't live in alignment with God's spirit if we're frightened, angry or defensive.   

America used to be the best example of freedom, abundance and prosperity on the whole globe, but after giving away our money and our civil rights through ignorance (ignorance perpetuated by our television culture, public education (creating dumber and dumber Americans), oppressive governmental control over our media –and losing ownership of our federal money, allowing ourselves and our children to be fed bread and circus’ instead of education and enlightenment) we have given our nation away and into the hands of those who know NOTHING about Christian principles, Constitutional Principles or individual rights. 

What we need to do is remind every American, young and old, who they are and what their rights are.  Here we have an obscenely expensive centralized public school system and our children don't know what their rights are or where those rights come from!

If we don’t know who we are and what our rights are, what has the public education system being doing? 

Faith in God and faith in Christian principles and embracing Constitution principles saves you as a person AND as a member of a godly society.  America used to be the home of godly society, didn’t it? 

Christian principles teach you that you are created a sovereign individual for you are created in the image of God.  You have rights that no one can take away, but you can give them away. 

America is where it’s at because we’ve given away our rights.

You are a child of God whether you believe in God or not.  You were born a creature of God, in His image, no matter what color, race, religion, creed or genealogy.  You have rights as a creature of God!  Every child in America used to know this!  NO matter what religion what family upbringing, American chidren used to be taught that they were created equal and they were endowed by their Creator with inalienable rights!

And because of this Christian concept, you have rights as a sovereign individual and there is very little expected from you but joy, hard work, enthusiasm and love for your neighbor and of course love and appreciation for your Creator.  Oh, you’re asked to honor the 10 Commandments, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights; God's appointed authority for the self government of the United States of America.

Jesus said, “Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.” 

I find this directive hard to follow, if I might be so honest.  I believe I am very wise (first mistake!)  But I can see how the world is working and it is not pleasant in fact it's down right horrific.  I am in a constant state of anxiety at times, very angry at other times.  It's not so easy being harmless as a dove when ill at ease. 

I'd like to share with you what I am learning to be true.  We're not meant to dwell in a state of fear or apprehension.  That is not a beneficial environment for the Child of God.

Dwelling in a Spirit of love, joy and peace is the environment where our world was created and this is the emotional, mental and spiritual space it will be re-created.   

I'm trying to lessen my distractions (TV, central government, the Internet, Obama, Adam Lambert, war profiteers, Alec Baldwin, John Travolta, politicians (just a few of my personal favorite distractions) and put my attention upon God and what God would have me do and say at any particular moment. 

When we consciously choose to dwell in a state of peace, joy and patience, we invite the Spirit of God into our hearts.   

This is a place that not everyone chooses to go, but for a patriot, who wills his or her country return to its founding principles, a personal relationship with Jesus is not only helpful it’s POWERFUL.  When you believe in Jesus, you are at peace.  Dead or alive, you are at peace!  You are alive in Him.   

If you are dwelling in a spirit of apprehension and anxiety, anger, blame or rage towards others, particularly rage towards your fellow Americans, take a step back, take a deep breath and pray to be cleansed and create within you a pure heart so God's Spirit can dwell where you are. 

Whether you call it meditation or contemplation or retrospection or introspection - it solitude alone-time with God.  It’s called reclaiming this nation, in the Spirit of Jesus.  Be part of the solution, not the problem (an acquaintance reminded me today)!  We'll only reclaim our nation through prayer and faith in God. 

Faith in God and faith in Christian principles saves you as an individual.  The Declaration of Independence reminds us that we are sovereign individuals.  We are, where we are, in this nation because we’ve given away our rights.   

We, as a nation, have decided that being a child of God is unimportant and many, many, way too many of our children and young adults don’t believe it is even true.

I suspect that the industrial age may not be such a great thing when men are plentiful and out of work.  

Why use a machine that uses so much energy, pollutes the Earth and takes the place of 10, 100 or 1000 human beings while our nation is unable to find employment for well over 10% of our population?  

Why don't we reduce machine use (what a saving of energy!!!) and at the same time establish balance for the planet and humanitarian aid by putting the unemployed to work? 

Another option is to reduce the population and have robots and machines work for the industrial giants instead of humans. 

It's kind of a no-brainer, don't you think? 

So the question I put to other fellow Americans is: Do we continue our worship of machinery and perpetuate our programmed disdain for manual labor - or  - do we choose earth friendly agriculture and industry where people perform the manual labor (with the help of farm animals) work performed at no detrimental effect on the environment, and only positive effect on the mind, body and soul of man (and women).  

I have an idea that I pray will one day be shared by those who can make it happen. 

What if in America, as a way of reducing energy use and promoting Earth friendly products; we were to start a self sustainable homestead program where folks, so inclined, return to earth friendly living as it was in the colonial times.   

Why not employ men to work for a living by tending farms without technology that pollutes the Earth and replaces men’s labor?  Non petroleum farming requires smarts and man power - you hire men to help you do the work, not machines.  It’s called community. 

This idea puts into action and creation, earth friendly economy.  This new economy is right up ahead.  It's so important to remember how important and good it is for man and woman to till the soil and grow food and grow Earth friendly fuel and fiber.  It’s what America is dying for.  Work.  Commodity.  Production.  Community.  Healthy living.  Pure hearts and minds and prayer and faith in God.   

What America doesn't need to feed herself, you sell to a world HUNGRY for real food, naturally produced fuels and fibers and production done with love and integrity.   

Local communities could be supporting themselves with earth friendly commodity.  No obscene profits; but good profit and income (so it won’t invite corporate monopoly and intrusion).  No need for regulation or loans that prohibit production and incentive.  Just food, community and financial security due to exercising citizen-driven local government and a free market economy.

 There are some people would rather be surrounded by robots or television or video games, than work with real people but there are many of us who enjoy the company of other people working together, praying together, living together and caring for one another.  A real community; without government intervention or government regulation -- just FREEDOM to organize and produce. 

The freedom to grow American food, American fiber and American fuel.  All production accomplished with love and integrity for the planet and all humankind.  

This plan puts financial security and income back into owning a home rather than a home owner being sucked dry due their home being a complete liability; not an asset. 

The national economy would kick in responding to small local economy production and commodity.  This idea could save our nation from aimless war, deflation and inflation, massive unemployment and the chaos that arises when people are without food, fuel or money.   

Those who are enemies to our free republic use not only fear, but an even greater weapon than fear, and that is to create self denial through fear.  This is the state and spell that German citizens fell under the Nazi regime and many Americans have fallen under, since the formation of the CIA after WWII.  We unconsciously fear our government.

Denying what your own eyes, ears and mind are telling you is the epitome of mind control.  When they get you to the point where you suppress your own feelings, thoughts and intuitions and deny your own convictions and believe the ‘official story’ rather than what you know to be true, you are a slave of another.

Although many Americans are awakening from self delusion, a hundred fold more are still in the self-denial sleeping stage.  Distractions are key to maintaining self-denial and self delusion.  Those so delusional do not want to wake up because they have agreed to comply by suppressing their knowledge of the evil that abounds.  Every American knows there is something hideously evil going on.  Everyone must either decide to face it, challenge it or deny it.

The agreement to deny the evil; and ‘trust’ and remain loyal to the ‘leaders’ who are allowing our psychological enslavement / at the same time necessarily relinquishing our loyalty to God, truth and justice and love for our neighbor; is part of an unconscious agreement that benefits the tyrants and keeps the populace enslaved.  This unconscious agreement is a consensual agreement.  By refusing to remain silent (once you’re awakened and resist fear, you cannot remain silent) you break the agreement and it no longer has control over you.  The tyrants lose their power and you are no longer enslaved.

In order to throw off bad government, we must BREAK the covenant to deny the existence of 'evil'.

We all have a purpose here on this Earth and that purpose is to seek truth.  The bible reminds us, "And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

America will not conquer the evil that abounds if she remains afraid of the TRUTH.  I know America can handle the TRUTH.

We can not only handle it, we will be so elated and buoyed after decades of psychological repression and forced self denial – the power of this ‘spiritual joy, confidence and bravery’ will create such power in the populace and corresponding fear in our enemies; we will no longer face an enemy.  Evildoers RUN from truth; and the justice that truth exacts.

Peaceful, non violent institution of new government is dependent only upon our refusing to be afraid and embracing the truth and heralding the consequences of change prompted by being set free.

Don't confuse a lifestyle bought on credit with a lifestyle where you own property. 

The two do not mingle.  If you buy on credit, you may spend a lifetime paying for your purchases, and if your present flow of income ceases, you become poorer than poor. 

When you pay cash for what you need, you own property. 

So many Americans, including myself are learning through losing it all, that credit is an illusion that leads to poverty.  Many Americans in poverty own more than those middle class families using credit. 

The day of reckoning is in front of us.  KNOW that a monetary system based upon credit using and creating money that doesn't exist is unsustainable.  When it crashes, the few people who mastermind the credit system get filthy rich; the rest of us lose it all. 

We see it happening all around us.  Don't be fooled.  Spending money you don't have is a trap.  Don't trust the money lenders.

I have a vision of the future. 

It is deleriously abundant.  Although I am a Christian, I'm not one to embrace the pessimistic Biblical interpretation of fearful others regarding our future.  Much of the confusion and chaos happening is due to a pack of God fearing people running around in fear.  Fear creates torment and I don't like stories that create fear within me.

There is no fear when you follow the Holy Spirit.  Well, there is fear but the challenge is to have faith, trust and speak the TRUTH.  Fear may be present but never as a guide.

I see a future where 'good' people are financially rewarded, not the 'bad' ones.  You know, the people who work hard, don't kill, love others and help others as they can. 

A nation and eventually a global community (in those nations that embrace free enterprise economy) where hard work is rewarded with financial success.  For anyone and everyone.  Not mandated through law or government.  Oh, no!  You NEVER want government to control the money or have free access to it.  Government turns into a monster that way.  Like what we've been witnessing in the last 6 decades.  It's been pretty horrible. 

How about we create policies that ensure every citizen on this planet is granted the food, the land, the water they need.  If we can feed every citizen and make sure that every citizen has access to money, protection, and protection of life, liberty and property for ALL we'd end all wars.  Those few who make tremendous money from war would lose money, but our world can survive nicely without those who promote war for profit. 

Truth and justice for ALL is our motto.  That's the part 'they' really wanted to remove from our pledge of allegiance.  With a motto that promotes the general welfare of all global citizens, America rules the globe.  Not through war, military might, or money but by consensual agreement with other nations.

Peace and the ability to eat and live is what everyone wants.  Peace.  Abundance.  Health.  Let's grow food like in the old days.  Everyone grows food.  We sell what we don't use ourselves.  Providing food and creating income for individuals at the same time.  Agriculture is a HUGE global commodity.  Organic, non GMO agriculture in particular.  America needs to take advantage of a commodity that the whole world is dying for.

Free Enterprise is the Key to Restoring National Abundance and Global Peace

I wish only for abundance and peace for everyone and I do believe it is possible. 

Let's do the numbers, please, and make it known and understood that the more people who make money, the more abundant EVERYONE becomes.

If only fewer and fewer people make all the money, the poorer everyone else becomes.  This is the corporate model that has infiltrated our banks, our government, Wall Street and the central banking system.

Our monetary and legal system is designed to make the wealthy elite even wealthier by robbing property and wealth accumulation from the rest of us.

Make the rich richer only makes the poor poorer.  Ensuring the pursuit of happiness for every inhabitant is the KEY to not only national prosperity but global prosperity and peace.

Having enough food, water and land for every creature ensures a peaceful world. 

There's not too many people.  There is too little pure water and too little food being grown.  It's not that there's too many people, there is too much land and resources being used up by the too many chemicals and too many pharmaceuticals being manufactured. 

Greed versus abundant thinking. 

If we promote truly free enterprise that allows NO governmental regulation, the more abundance we can create.  Under a system of government regulation and control, the people can never get rich, only the few royal elites get rich under this antiquated government system where government owns all and controls all.

Under a free enterprise economy and a free republic system of government, everyone who has a mind to makes it BIG.  As big as they want because it is only your lack of dreams that keep you from succeeding in a free enterprise economy – with NO government involvement. 

No corporations owning our government.  Our government NOT being a corporation! 

Citizen government will GUARANTEE abundance.  Take it out of the hands of the corporations (and take it out of the hands of THE CORPORATION – and take this country out of the hands that have no heart, soul or sense of God.  Get the country out of their hands and we’ll be saved by an all mighty and patient Creator through the People.  

We, the inhabitants of the United States of America have the powers of our Creator God behind us pushing us along and in front of us showing us the way. 

We invite ALL to join our cause to restore America's free republic so that she can once AGAIN be a light to the world. 

America is God's gift to all Earth inhabitants.  Try hearing and speaking it without arrogance or threat, but as a promise of good things to come. 

Understanding God's purpose for America might become very effective in restoring world peace.  If there's any other reason why America exists, besides feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, creating abundance for ALL or loving our neighbor as ourselves, I want no part of her. 

We are the lights to the world and we will do God proud.  I feel this in every American I meet that is speaking, standing and fighting for truth. 

God's Truth will prevail.  The Holy Spirit is raining down upon us.  We can create the country our forefathers envisioned.  Faith in God is the key. 

Let it be understood that what really instigated the Boston Tea Party was 'taxation without representation'. 

We are living under a taxation without representation system.

We are being unconstitutionally taxed not only without our consent, without our awareness!  Now that's theft on a spiritual level.  It's starting to get personal here.

The PEOPLE can change this country.  We don't need ‘government’ to agree with us.  The CORPORATION OF THEUNITED STATES will NEVER listen to the People.  It is not organized to do that.  The United States Corporation is organized to believe that they OWN Americans.  You don’t listen to your slaves!  What kind of slavemaster are you? 

Americans can win every battle because our Constitution backs the PEOPLE up.  That’s why THEY (the Corporation of the United States) hate the CONSTITUTION.  The Constitution demands limited power and scope for government and the USA Corporation HATES that.

I'm going out on a limb here.  But I believe many, many Americans agree with me on some level that we must do something OUTSIDE THE BOX. 

Do you know what the definition of STUIPIDITY is?  Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. 

The New American Economy

We grow certified naturally untampered agriculture.  We make it a national decree.  Yes, the PEOPLE can do that.  No GMO modified foods. We grow organic agriculture which will reduce the CO2 emissions by reducing commercial meat and dairy production.  In a commericial farm, manure is wasted and it pollutes the water.  In organic agriculture and meat and dairy farms, that manure is composted creating rich nutritious pest-free soil.  Less CO2 emissions; less water pollution.

We also grow hemp.  No governmental regulation; just state regulation.  Each state decide how they will handle the global demand for this amazing commodity.  Strongest FIBER.  Biodegradable.  You can make bio fuel and bio degradable plastics.  Easy to grow.  Versatile.  It is a commodity dream.  Why is it illegal?  Thanks to the nylon and pharmaceutical industry and their lobbying against it in the early part of the last century.

Dupont (nylon and chemicals) did not want to compete with HEMP’s low cost and strong fiber.  Nylon is NO competition for hemp.  It is more expensive to manufacture, not as strong.  So they lobbied Congress back in the 20’s and 30’s to outlaw this crop.  The pharmaceutical industry saw cannabis as a threat as well.  If everyone could grow cannabis, no one would get hooked on toxic chemicals and drugs and the American Medical Association would never have grown as powerful as it has. 

Hemp saved our butts a couple of times.  It can do it again.  The Revolutionary War.  World War II.  Now these were two wars worth fighting for.  Hemp gave us the money to stand up for our rights.  Don't think we can turn around our country if we don't PRODUCE something!  No laws, no regulations, no social program can save this country unless the effort boosts national commodity and production. 

Let's get just a little imaginative and decide a focus for the many, many, many liberty and patriot groups out there.  That focus, that unity will come from a decision from the PEOPLE (it won't come from THE CORPORATION nor the Corporations) to return our nation to the organization outlined for us by our forefathers.

Interesting clip.  When you think of it, how did Muslims benefit from this attack?  Who DID benefit?  Look what the wars in the Middle East are costing the U.S.?  Death, disability and a crumbling economy is what it has cost America.  And for what gain?  If not ours, then who?
